1. prices / availability
all prices on the AND_i webshop http://shop.and-i.net/ are in euro (USD in brackets are only indication values!) and include the legal value added tax, duty and free shipping worldwide (for orders over € 100).

availability information for the products in our shop is listed on each item's detail page. as we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
2. buying
when you place an order to purchase a product from http://shop.and-i.net/, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order containing the details and the total value of your order.
3. payment
http://shop.and-i.net/ accepts the following forms of payment:

all transactions on http://shop.and-i.net/ are processed through 128-bit encryption. your name, address and credit card information cannot be viewed by anyone else and will be kept strictly confidential. we are a licensed corporation, and a verified paypal account.
availability information for the products in our shop is listed on each item's detail page. the prices of all our products on http://shop.and-i.net/ include FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE for orders over € 100! Shipping costs for orders under € 100 are € 20.
5. returns
a) dissatisfied with the product
7-day, "no-questions-asked" refunds if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund within seven days of your receipt of the product. unless it is defective, the item must be in unused re-saleable condition with all original packaging and documentation. you will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge. additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. in case of a justified complaint, we will of course refund the shipping fees on basis of the cheapest possible mode of shipment by standard post. please contact us before returning your order.
14-day exchanges following the 7-day policy as outlined above, you may exchange your item for a merchandise credit for http://shop.and-i.net/ within 14 days of your receipt of the product. unless it is defective, the item must be in unused, re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and documentation. you will be credited for your full purchase, less our initial shipping charge. additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. in case of a justified complaint, we will of course refund the shipping fees on basis of the cheapest possible mode of shipment by standard post. please contact us before returning your order and ask for your returning code.
b) incorrect products
if you are shipped an incorrect item, we will provide an immediate replacement with the correct item, and assume all return shipping costs. Please notice that little differences in colors may arise!
c) damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us at office@and-i.net for a return authorization. we will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items, which contain manufacturer defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window. we are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. the damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. please also include a note stating the product's defect. you are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. upon receiving your returned item, http://shop.and-i.net/ will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. if your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded.
d) http://shop.and-i.net/ warranties
beyond our 14-day return period, http://shop.and-i.net/ also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects. effective warranty is 6 months from date of purchase. please keep the delivery receipt as it serves as a warranty for products purchased from the online shop. the warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value. both the product and invoice or receipt stating the date of purchase must be returned (address see below) together. if products are sent by post, they should be sent by certified mail and insured, as AND_i cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport. the extent of warranty does not cover the removal of errors and additional expenditure, as far as they resulted from outside influences and operating errors.
e) returning your item
as with a standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to AND_i by following these steps: 1. put the item(s) back in the original box, if available. the invoice or receipt must accompany the return. 2. please contact office@and-i.net for a return authorization of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return. 3. all returns of web merchandise must be sent to: schoenbrunner strasse 62/3 A-1050 vienna
once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your
credit card. you will receive an e-mail once your return has been
processed. we suggest that you insure your package for the full value
of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of
your choice. to expedite your return from destinations outside austria
and for purposes of security we recommend fedex.
6. privacy / security
we at AND_i sincerely guarantee the humanly most possible care of the privacy of its customers. please read this privacy policy carefully, as use of our site implies its consent.
in order to provide you with the possibility to shop online at http://shop.and-i.net/, we must collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address. This information is solely used to process your orders, and will only be communicated to shippers and other third parties when necessary to complete those orders. by providing your information to http://shop.and-i.net/, you consent to this disclosure, as stated, and allow us to make our services available to you.
your personal information will not be sold, traded, rented or given away to any other firm.
your order is processed by secure server software that encodes all the information that you input before it is sent to us. paypal employs the latest version of secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and ensure that only you and paypal can view it. we also follow strict security procedures to ensure proper storage and careful disclosure of information so that nothing improper happens to your private info.
7. applicable law
by visiting our web site, you agree that the laws of vienna (district court for commercial matters called HG wien, outside EU: arbitral centre of the austrian federal economic) will govern these terms of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise, without regard to principles of conflict of law.
